I am hosting a proxy on a VPS located geographically in Finland and want to make it available publically free of charge. No ads, no logs - just want to help those in need.
The proxy can be connected to from Russia (not when whitelists are on, unfortunately, but if anybody has a whitelisted Yandex/VK VPS - feel free to reverse-proxy my server).
